Blaster vs Warrior grudge racing
Shut the Fuck Up, Warriors.
This is where Yamaha Blasters put the “but it has more CCs” argument to bed. Bring your Warrior, bring your excuses, and bring a camera.
The Challenge
Got a Warrior that’s “fast”?
Cool. Line it up. This site tracks the Blaster vs Warrior rivalry with videos, times, race notes, and enough trash talk to make the group chat spicy.
Creator / Final Boss
Hulme Nate’s Blaster is the problem Warriors keep trying to explain.
This is the Blaster that turns “my 350 should win” into a support group meeting. Light chassis, angry two-stroke hit, clean launches, and a rider who does not wait around for Warrior excuses to warm up.
The little 2-stroke problem
Light, simple, loud, and way too happy to embarrass a bigger quad.
- Vibe
- angry chainsaw
- Excuse level
- low
- Smoke output
- excellent
The big-talking 4-stroke
More displacement, more weight, and somehow still explaining what happened.
- Vibe
- tractor with plastics
- Excuse level
- advanced
- Smoke output
- usually emotional
House Rules
Simple rules. No bench racing.
No public-road racing. Private property, track, or sanctioned events only.
Both machines start from the same line unless the race terms say otherwise.
Post the setup: bore, pipe, carb, gearing, fuel, tire size, and major mods.
Video must show enough of the race to tell who actually won.
Mechanical failure counts unless both riders agree to a rerun before posting.
Trash talk is allowed. Lying about the build is not.

Best Excuse Wall
“My clutch was slipping.” “It was jetted for winter.” “I missed third.” Sure, bud.
Build Notes
Great spot for Blaster setup notes: pipe, port timing, carb, gearing, and tire size.
